My quarantine food menu: It’s almost always like this

Breakfast: Depends on the day. In general I eat French bread with butter, or the bread I have here at home. There is always brown bread, for example. I also drink coffee with a little bit of sugar. There are days when I don’t really want to eat something more “heavy” and I prefer to eat maizena cookie or cream cracker.

Lunch: It depends on the day too. In general I always eat rice, beans, grilled chicken or meat on the plate. But there are other products that I eat a lot like potatoes, spaghetti, flour, lettuce, carrots, omelet and cabbage.

Lately I’ve been trying to eat healthier things like salads in general and brown rice. But it is something more rare.

Dinner: I can say that it looks like lunch. The routine doesn’t change much. Always like the same things. The point is that I avoid fried foods at night. But if you have a fried chicken, fried egg is welcome.

Overall I usually like to eat rice, beans, salads and grilled chicken.
On weekends the situation changes a little. Pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs are more frequent.
The quarantine did not make this worse, as it has always been so.
